Food is absolutely delicious. #1 Mediterranean food in town. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Will be visiting again very soon!!

This review is mostly about an employee by the name of Sam who claimed he was the owners brother which I’ve never seen before after going there for years. His rude and arrogant very unprofessional and I believe he was discriminating because my friend and I walked in wearing scrubs as we work in a Vets office. We canceled our hookahs after 15 minutes of waiting. The place was empty and he seemed annoyed about servicing us which is literally his job description. Love this place however will think about going again if Sam is there. After canceling he chased me outside stating he wasn’t the owner or even related. Shatila please choose your employee’s carefully!

My server was sooooo sweet 😍😍😍. My friend and I had the most amazing time. Was such a beautiful day to sit on the patio and enjoy God's greatness. I love it here. Food was AMAZING. Hookah seemed endless! Tasted great too. I can't wait to go back.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The manager was very nice and came to check on us along with the waitress, and we just had an all around great time. I will definitely be coming back.

Food in general is okay, nothing special. But the service is horrible, or I'd prefer to say it was horrible when we visited. So, expect less and non-friendly attention from the servers. Its a good setting nevertheless if you want to spend your weekend night playing cards and enjoying hookah. It was a 3 and half experience for me.

Loved the Chicken Shawarma. It was good and hookah flavors were nice. Loved the ambience too. However, they added gratuity and didn't inform yes. We added additional gratuity, in front of the waitress and there was no information. Only when we went back to verify the check we came to know it.

Good selection of al fahrir, wish it had more starbuzz options but still very good overall.

The is the best keep secret in Arlington , the food is soooo good and fresh and the atmosphere is chill and pleasant and of course it’s all about who you with 👀🙃. The waiters are so nice and informative, really friendly and remembered our previous Orders without the menu 😍!!the outside patio is so cute and romantic/laid back ... they stay open till 1am due to the c word 😞 #my firstReviewever🙃

I have been coming in Shatila for last 5 years , it’s the best place for Mediterranean food in Arlington plus the Hookah is Great , very affordable prices and all the staff and the management is great . The Employee Nadine is great with professional attitude makes this place great to come with Family .

Wonderful place! It’s a relaxing atmosphere with great food and service! The owner and staff are very friendly and attentive. Love the music and hookah is always done right. The food was always delicious with whatever I ordered. I love it here and I have became a regular! It feels like home! I would and I do recommend this place to others!

love it. tons of vegan options. relatively cheap with large portions. great restaurant and it’s open the latest of basically any restaurant in Arlington. the babaganoush and falafel are unbeatable! the strawberry lemonade smoothie is like the best melted popsicle ever :)) give it a try!

Love love love this place. Been going here for years and we love grabbing the gyros here. It is high quality taste and the seating is indoor or outdoor, your choice.

Of all the Mediterranean food places in the area, Shatila is the place that gives you what you need. There food portions are ver generous and there service is beyond professional. Mostafa was a very kind and helpful server and we are glad that he walked us in with a smile and took care of us. We are definitely coming back!!

I ordered by doordash and the I didn't get my hummus it was also expensive.The Turkish coffee was terrible. It was the worst experience I had by ordering online. I would never recommend anyone to go there.I got completely scammed!

I had a great experience visiting this lounge with my sister. Awesome staff, comfortable setting, and good food.

We often order the take out family style platters. Amazing tabbouleh, baba ghanoush, hummus and shawarma.

Nice outdoor seating! Even on an otherwise hit evening, the fans and breeze kept us cool and comfortable. We ordered kabob plate and gyro plate, delicious and quickly delivered to the table. Our severs were friendly and the vibe was fun. Inside, the air was cool as ive and the tables were full of friends playing cards, laughing, and enjoying themselves. Check them out!

Really enjoyed the service and the variety of dishes that were offered. I found new dishes that were really appetizing, and I was interested by the environment if the place.

Nadin greeted us with all smiles and was helpful with what to order (hookah and food) can’t wait to come back and see her!

The woman (Not what I should call her) at the front counter was beyond rude when we walked in. She had the deepest scowl on her face that said one thing, we weren’t welcome. The waiter tried to make up for it by being marginally more pleasant but we ended up leaving without even ordering. Horrific service. Will never go back.

Great food, great hookah, and the closest atmosphere to Middle Eastern cafes. Also, Yousef is the best server there hands down. Would recommend to those who enjoy meditation food, and hookah for good prices!

Food was great! I took my mom on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, we sat outside which was even better. We both ordered shawarma plates and our waitress suggested we pick different sides so that we can have a variety of food to eat! Best recommendation by her. My mom loved the place, so she said she’ll start bringing guests here for lunch! All of the waiters and waitresses are great as well! I def will recommend this spot!

The service was terrible and we waited on drinks for over 10 minutes. After waiting almost 30 minute for luke warm food, it had no flavor at all. The best thing we had was the rice. We felt very uncomfortable so we told them no hookah he kept pressing why. He then proceeded to pester us about how the food was. When I finally told him it was okay he asked if I ever had Mediterranean food or if it was my first time and when I told him no he still questioned me! NEVER going here again.
